- The "free" night is always the cheapest night of the entire stay; it is not necessarily the last night
- Upon check-out, the credit will be deducted from the guests’ bill for the above services purchased directly on spot. The credit is not redeemable for cash nor any other services. Should guests not use the entire credit, the remaining amount is forfeited.
