Due to increased construction activity for the driveway, parking garage and courtyard area enhancements, effective June 30, we will be replacing the existing renovation specials (10% off, $100 Gift Card, Pineapple, Amenity Basket) with a significantly reduced no-frills construction rate for all categories. This is only applicable to new bookings as of June 30, 2008. Previously reported bookings prior to June 30, 2008 will be protected with the previous renovation specials.

The Property will take appropriate action to minimize any inconvenience to our mutual guests:
• Work will be done Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Guests will not be assigned rooms on the first and second floors fronting the section of the Courtyard where work is being performed
• A complimentary Mai Tai Party will be held every other week
• The beachfront pool will be available for all guests as well as the wonderful Pacific Ocean.
• If guests find the enhancement work disruptive, our staff will make every effort to find alternate accommodations at other ResortQuest properties.
